The Village Founders

Turn your land-based dream into a real place, project, and rhythm you can actually live.

An 11-month living online community and guided experience for aspiring land stewards, tiny-home dreamers, retreat founders, purpose-led entrepreneurs, hospitality creators, regenerative builders, and people bringing land-based visions from dream-to-dirt.

Each month follows our Dream to Dirt rhythm:

Vision → Skill → Build

So you can stop carrying the whole dream alone and start moving one real piece of it into the dirt.

Founder’s Circle enrollment is now open.
The first live cycle begins September 15, 2026.

This is for the ones who can feel it.

The land. The village. The sanctuary. The tiny home dream. The eco-village surf resort. The tiny home birth center in nature. The homestead farmstay and wedding venue.

The more rooted life.

The Village Founders is the space where you stop holding that vision alone.

Inside, we will gather around live themes, reflection prompts, community conversation, shared resources, and real movement.

Why The Village Exists

At some point, we started to notice that everyone around us had a big dream.

Not just any dream.

A specific kind of dream.

A dream of owning land and transforming it into something beautiful, creative, useful, and alive.

A place that could provide income and freedom for the person stewarding it, while also serving others and restoring connection to the Earth.

One person dreamed of a retreat space in nature with healing workshops, live music, permaculture, gatherings, and people coming together around the land.

Another dreamed of a birth center where women could labor surrounded by trees, stay in small cottages, receive bodywork, nourishment, postpartum care, and be held through one of the most sacred thresholds of life.

Another dreamed of a healing center where people could come from all over the world for trauma work, somatics, bodywork, relationship repair, and spiritual reconnection.

We heard dreams of surf retreats on the ocean, eco-villages beside overdeveloped resorts, homesteads turned into intimate wedding venues, medicinal herb farms serving entire regions, and sacred spaces where people gathered to remember devotion, embodiment, beauty, and belonging.

These dreams were not small.

Alone, they felt almost impossible.

But together, we started to see something different.

We started to see a future.

If even a fraction of these visions became real, we would have a different Earth.

A different culture.
A different way of living.
A different way of gathering, healing, birthing, celebrating, and belonging.

And suddenly, so much of what has felt wrong with our culture had a simple answer:

Help these dreams come true.

So we became obsessed with one question:

What is the difference between a dream that becomes real and a dream that stays a dream?

Over time, we realized it is not that the people who succeed have better dreams.

It is that they learn how to hold the vision, face reality, and take the next workable step.

Again and again.

That is the method we have used for the last seven years.

It is the method we used when we built our first tiny home and lived rent-free.

It is the method we used when the city made us tear that home down, and instead of quitting, we adapted, learned, and built another one on wheels.

It is the same method we used to turn tiny homes into income-producing assets, replace our 9–5 income, repeat the process multiple times, generate hundreds of thousands in revenue, face a legal battle that nearly shut everything down, and eventually grow into seven-figure annual revenue for more than five years.

It is also the method hundreds of our clients have used to turn underutilized homes, land, and property into income-producing assets and real-life pathways toward freedom.

We did not begin with a perfect plan.

We did not begin with unlimited capital.

We did not begin with permission from everyone around us.

We began with a vision, a willingness to assess reality, and the courage to take the next step in front of us.

That is what most people are missing.

Not more dreaming.
Not more manifesting without movement.
Not a perfect blueprint.

They need the ability to break a vision down into action.

They need risk assessment, financial planning, resourcefulness, psychological flexibility, accountability, and the capacity to keep walking when things do not go as planned.

They need to be surrounded by people who do not shrink their dream the second they say it out loud.

Because association is everything.

If you share your wildest vision with the wrong people, you may hear:

“Good luck.”
“That will never happen.”
“Maybe one day.”

And the more you hear that, the more you begin to believe it.

But when you are in the right room, your vision does not sound impossible.

It becomes something to clarify, structure, test, and move toward.

That is why The Village exists.

This is for you if….

The Village Founders is for you if you have a vision for:

  • Land

  • Tiny homes

  • Retreat space

  • Regenerative property

  • Farmstay or hospitality

  • Intentional living

  • Community living

  • Creative sanctuary

  • Healing center

  • Birth sanctuary

  • Homestead

  • Venue

  • Eco-village

  • Land-based business

  • A home, life, or place that feels more honest and alive

This is for you if the dream keeps coming back.

Even if you do not have every detail figured out yet.

Even if you are still asking:

Where would I live?
How would I buy land?
What would I actually build?
How would I make it financially real?
What skills do I need?
Who do I need around me?
How do I stop spinning in the dream and start taking grounded steps?
How do I stay accountable when life gets busy?
How do I keep believing in the vision when it feels big?

You do not need to have the whole path mapped out before you begin.

You just need to be willing to take the dream seriously.

This is not for you if…

This is not for you if you only want to consume more information and never take action.

This is not for you if you want someone else to build the dream for you.

This is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix, a perfect blueprint, or a guarantee that nothing will ever feel uncertain.

This is not for you if you want to stay in “someday” energy forever.

Of course there can be fear.
Of course there can be resistance.
Of course the dream can feel big.

That is not a problem.

This space is for people willing to meet the vision with devotion, honesty, and movement.
