The Surya is a comfortable and luxurious design, perfect for long term/full time living or a gorgeous short term rental/guest house.
The layout features a bedroom on the main level that fits a queen sized bed, with sliding glass door that opens to the back of the house, on the other side of the bedroom is a living room with space for a full size couch (or pull out bed/daybed to sleep extra guests) and TV. The living room opens up to a kitchen with apartment sized fridge, spacious sink, storage, and cooktop stove. The bathroom can be equipped with either a tub or a shower and has space for a stackable washer and dryer, as well as flush toilet, sink, and storage space.
